1 VA BEACH BASH

Our Rocking adventure begins today as we travel east to Virginia Beach. Tonight’s big event is our Beach Boys Boardwalk Bash. Please come in colorful shirts and dresses, flip flops, muumuus, sun glasses and beach hats. Get in the mood – enjoy the food – a plated beach bum dinner, a healthy meal with a chicken dish, vegetables, and delicious dessert. This is a themed party, a California blend of dinner and dancing that starts the night right. After dinner we will enjoy music and dancing by the tribute band by the name of Still Surfin’ playing the Best of the Beach Boys. Whether you dance or just watch, it’s a night of great excitement. You’ll be feeling those “Good, good, good vibrations” as you listen to such classics as “California Girls,” “Surfer Girl,” “Little Deuce Coupe,” and “I Get Around.” For many people this is a night of youthful nostalgia, memories of Beach Movies and Sock Hops. We stay in the Virginia Beach area for the next three nights.

2 SPIRIT OF NORFOLK

We will have a leisurely morning today before enjoying the Spirit of Norfolk Luncheon Cruise. Their freshly prepared onboard buffet-style is a sampling of flavors and will satisfy all tastes. The cruise departs downtown Norfolk and offers great views along the Elizabeth River Waterfront, including the location of the first battle between ironclad ships: The Monitor & Merrimac, plus the Norfolk Naval Base home port for the Atlantic Fleet and its 125 vessels, including nuclear submarines and aircraft carriers. You will have the rest of the evening free to enjoy time your own.

3 DOLPHIN CRUISE / LETS HANG ON

We will have another leisurely morning today as we treat you to lunch at a local restaurant before boarding a Dolphin Watching Cruise. These beautiful animals are almost always seen during cruises. Tonight, our feature is a great Italian Diner followed by another marvelous music show by “Let’s Hang On!” Performing to Sold-Out audiences nationwide, this is a full-blown 10-person stage show featuring a Live Band, who preserve the music and style of the iconic 60’s group “Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.” Playing all the classic “Seasons songs, they capture that vocal virtuosity, the tight harmonies and crisp choreography that made The Four Seasons one of the greatest vocal groups of all time. Songs include mega hits like: “Sherry,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Walk Like A Man,” “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You,” and many more mega hits of the 60’s.
