1 PHOENIX, ARIZONA:
We pick you up by Sunshine Motor Coach and proceed to the airport. This afternoon we arrive in the Capital of Arizona – Phoenix, where we will stay the night.
2 THE GRAND CANYON / OAK CREEK CANYON / SEDONA
This is an exciting morning as we arrive at what we consider to be the greatest natural attraction in North America – The Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon of the Colorado River is one of the world’s most outstanding spectacles. The Canyon is 277 miles long and averages 10 miles in width from rim to rim and 1 mile deep. This afternoon we head through the Arizona High Desert through Flagstaff and down into Oak Creek Canyon. We head for Sedona, AZ to see some more spectacular beauty as the red rock monoliths and buttes rise up from the canyon floor. We spend the night in Sedona.
3 ARIZONA:
This morning we leave Arizona and head into Vegas. We travel alongside the famous Route 66 as we Continue through the Arizona Desert to Williams, AZ for the Night.
4 4/5/6 FLY AWAY / LAS VEGAS / FUN / FUN / FUN:
This afternoon we arrive in Las Vegas where we are taken to our hotel to begin our three nights stay in this exciting city! This neon tribute to tinseled affluence Booms 24 Hours a day with a very exciting and glamorous atmosphere. Food is a bargain in Vegas as casino restaurants try to “Lure” you to their casinos with very low prices for great food. While we are in Vegas you will have to opportunity to see some flashy and entertaining shows that the Huge Casinos have to offer; and since our hotel is right in the Heart of these Casinos everything you could want is within a few blocks. Accommodations are at the fabulous Flamingo Hotel & Casino. We will see the beautiful blue waters of Lake Mead which is 115 miles long. We visit Hoover Dam and take a guided tour. Hoover Dam is one of the highest dams ever constructed. Afterwards we return to Vegas where we board our plane and head for home with all of our money from Vegas and all of our memories of the breathtakingly beautiful Grand Canyon and Oak Creek Canyon.
