1 ALBANY
We depart this morning and make our way North traveling to Albany, NY where we will spend the night.
2 ADIRONDACKS / MONTREAL
Today we make our way through beautiful upstate New York and the Adirondack Mountains before crossing over into Canada. We will spend the next 2 nights near Montreal, Canada
3 MONTREAL
This morning we will be joined by a local guide for a city tour of Montreal where we will experience the vibrant city with rich history. We will visit Old Montreal, and Notre-Dame Basilica. We will treat you to dinner tonight at a local restaurant.
4 QUEBEC CITY
We continue making our way North this morning headed for Quebec City. Upon arrival in Quebec, you will enjoy a guided tour of this amazing French- Canadian City! Dinner will be included for you tonight, we overnight in Quebec.
5 MATANE
Today we travel to Riviere-du- Loup to visit Parc Dec Chutes, an iconic 33- meter waterfall! We will also visit Redford Garden featuring expansive and historic gardens. We
6 GASPÉ PENINSULA / PERCE
We depart the hotel and enjoy a scenic drive across the Gaspé Peninsula towards Perce. Gaspé is a beautiful and unique destination. As we travel along the clear blue rivers we will view lighthouses, national parks and much wildlife! Once we arrive in Perce, we will enjoy a guided tour of the area before checking into our hotel for the next 2 nights.
7 PERCE ROCK / BONAVENTURE ISLAND
Today, we start with a boat tour around one of Quebec’s most iconic Natural Wonders; Perce Rock! Marvel how its massive limestone cliffs reach majestically out of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Also, see Bonaventure Island, home to more than 280,000 birds and the world’s largest Gannet colony. This evening will be yours to enjoy at your leisure.
8 MIRAMICHI, NB
Our journey continues along the Bay of Chaleur to Pasp’biac National Historic Site. During your visit to the site’s period building, you will discover its key role in the exporting of dried Cod during the 19th century. Afterward, we will continue to the city of Miramichi where we will enjoy a Miramichi Kitchen Party with storytelling, music and culture of the area. We will spend the night in Miramichi.
9 COVERED BRIDGE / BANGOR
Before saying goodbye to Canada today, we will stop to see Heartland Covered Bridge, the worlds longest covered bridge! After lunch, we make our way back into the United States and spend the night in Bangor Maine.
10 QUINCY MARKET / MILFORD
We continue South today traveling through Maine, New Hampshire and into Massachusetts. For lunch, we will stop at famous Quincy’s Market in Boston before continuing on to Milford, CT where we will spend our last night on the road.
11 HOMEWARDBOUND
Today we complete our journey and return home with memories of Canada and the beautiful Gaspé Peninsula.
