1 SHENANDOAH VALLEY / BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS
We leave today and make our way through the Shenandoah Valley and into the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia where we stay in Wytheville
2 MONTGOMERY
We depart today making our way South traveling Through Tennessee and into Alabama making our way down to Montgomery for the night. Dinner will be included tonight at a local restaurant.
3 ORANGE BEACH / DINNER CRUISE
Before departing Montgomery, we will be joined by a local guide this morning for a tour of Alabama’s Capital City. Visits will include: Hank Williams Museum and gravesite, Historic Civil Rights Movement Sights, and more. This afternoon, we make our way to Orange Beach, AL where we will check into our hotel for the next 3 nights. Tonight, we enjoy a Sunset Dinner Cruise.
4 BEACH DAY
Today will be yours to enjoy the beautiful Beach, and all the fun attractions in Orange Beach, AL. Take in the Sunshine by laying on the white sand beaches, relax in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or lay by the pool. Today is all about RELAXATION! Tonight, we will take you to Lulu’s in Gulf Shores for dinner. Lulus, owned by Jimmy Buffett’s sister, and offers live music and a fun atmosphere on the coastal waterway.
5 FOLEY / TANGER OUTLETS / LAMBERTS
Our first stop today will be Alligator Alley! Here we will enjoy a self-guided tour of the farm and get to witness live feedings of the Alligators! Afterward, we head toward Foley, AL where you can enjoy some free time shopping at the Tanger Outlets Mall. Before heading back to our hotel tonight, we treat you to dinner at Lambert’s Café – home of throwed rolls!
6 BELLINGRATH GARDENS / BIRMINGHAM
We depart Orange Beach today and make our way to Theodore, AL where we will visit Bellingrath Gardens and Home. the 65-acre public garden and historic home of Walter and Bessie Bellingrath located near Mobile, AL. Walter Bellingrath was one of the first Coca-Cola bottlers in the Southeast and with his wealth built the estate garden and home. After our visit, we make our way to Birmingham, AL where we spend the night.
7 WYTHEVILLE
Today, we make our way back to Virginia where we will spend our final night in Wytheville.
8 HOMEWARD BOUND
We head out this morning towards home, relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed with memories of sunshine, sand and beautiful Orange Beach, AL.
