1 SECAUCUS:
We depart Virginia this morning and make our way through Maryland and Pennsylvania before arriving in Secaucus, NJ where we will spend the night.
2 QUINCY MARKET / GHOST TROLLY TOUR / BOSTON:
This morning we continue our way North making our way to Boston, MA. Upon arrival you will have some free time for lunch and shopping on your own at Quincy Market. This evening, you will be treated to dinner at the Chart House Restaurant before boarding the Trolly for the Ghosts and Gravestones Tour. On our tour we will hear all about Boston’s darker side! In a city nearly 400 years old, troubledwith war, murderers, and strife, it’s hardly any wonder that Boston remains one of the most Haunted cities in America. As part of our tour, you will have the chance to “walk amongst the dead” in a nearly 400-year-old graveyard. Afterwards we will return to our Hotel where we will spend the next 2 nights.
3 SALEM:
Today we take a short drive to the town of Salem, MA! Once we arrive in Salem, we will be joined by a local guide for a full day of touring this historic town. Our first stop this morning is the Salem Witch Museum. Here you will witness the testimony of the hysterical girls, the suffering of the blameless victim, and the decisions of the fanatical judges who sent innocent people to their deaths. When the Witch hunt began, no one was safe from being accused. Afterward we will take part in the Witchcraft and Ghost Experience! This will be an incredible mix of special effects, actors, costumes, storytelling, diversions, exhilarating experiences and surprises blended with historical facts about the Salem Witch Trials! After lunch, we will visit the House of the Seven Gables before immersing ourselves into the stories of real Pirates and Witches in the Pirate and Witch Experience. We will also get to see a real Pirate Treasure! Dinner will be included for you tonight.
4 BEACON HILL / SECAUCUS:
This morning is a special one as we will be joined again by a local guide for a walking tour of the Beacon Hill homes. On this tour we will walk along the brick sidewalks shaded by colorful trees, lit by gas lamps and lined with 19th century brick townhouses. We will learn the history and architecture of the homes and hear wonderful stories about the people who once owned them. This is the absolute BEST PLACE to see Halloween decorations! After our tour, we will treat you to lunch at Maggiano’s Italian Restaurant before leaving the area and making our way back to Secaucus, NJ for the night.
5 HOMEWARD BOUND
We depart our hotel this morning and make our way back home remembering all the Ghost Stories and history we learned in Boston and Salem, Massachusetts.
