1 MICHIGAN BOUND / WEST VIRGINIA / OHIO
Welcome aboard as we travel North to Michigan for their exciting Tulip Festival. We travel through West Virginia and into Ohio. We spend the night in Toledo, Ohio.
2 HOLLAND / VOLKSPARADE / STREET SCRUBBING / KLOMPEN DANCERS / FESTIVAL MUSICAL
Today is a very exciting day as we get our first experience at the World Famous Holland Tulip Festival. We witness the Volksparade, Street Scrubbing, and Klompen Dancers. We will also enjoy the “Festival Musical Show” with an exceptionally large cast of talented performers. We spend the next two nights near Holland.
3 HOLLAND / VELDHEER TULIP GARDENS / WINDMILL ISLAND / PARADE OF BANDS
We visit Holland’s only Tulip Farm where thousands of Colorful Tulips adorn the Gardens at Veldheer. We see DeZwaan, a 230 year old Dutch Windmill, which is surrounded by 100,000 Tulips at Windmill Island. Our last parade is The Kinderparade or Parade of Children.
4 MICHIGAN / OHIO / HOME
Today we make our way Home, reminiscing all the way about the Thousands of Tulips and other Spring Flowers that we have seen at the Holland, Michigan Tulip Festival! Come see for yourself why Readers Digest has named The Holland Tulip Time Festival the “Best Small Town Festival in America”!
